PU 500|267|266|265: Updated Reason end of employment codes for Payroll Plus (Dutch legislation)

From this product update onwards, the Reason end of employment codes in the employee contracts are updated to comply with the legal changes for 2022.

You can define the Reason end of employment codes in the contract of an employee at Modules > HRM > Reports > People > Contracts.

The following have been changed:

Code 02 removed

The code 02 Arbeidsongeschiktheid met toestemming van UWV is no longer allowed from 2022 onwards. This code is only visible if the end date of the contract is earlier than, or on 31/12/2021.

Codes 05 and 06 added

The codes 05 Opzegging door de werkgever vanwege langdurige arbeidsongeschiktheid met toestemming van UWV and 06 Opzegging door de werkgever vanwege bedrijfseconomische redenen met toestemming van UWV are only allowed after the year end closing for 2021, and from 2022 onwards. These codes are only visible if the contract end date is blank, later than, or on 1/1/2022.
